Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Once the payment is confirmed and checkout is successful, the product will be sent the following working day. Currently we are using Fedex, UPS for international delivery & post office for domestic purchase. For countries within Asia, it takes 3 to 5 working days (except remote area that needs extra 1 or 2 day(s)) for delivery. It takes another 2 to 3 days for other countries depending on the service provided by the logistics companies.

If You Wish To Cancel Order:

You may cancel your order prior to the dispatch of the product(s) by sending email to us at admin@blissact.com immediately after you purchase the product(s).

If You Wish To Return The Product(s) You Purchase:

You can return the product(s) you purchased from us within 14 days of receipt for a refund with 10% admin charge from the product price you purchase (shipping cost will not be refunded). The costs incurred (mainly shipping cost) in returning the product(s) shall be borne by you. Once we receive the product(s) in good condition (still new and not open), we will give you refund or an exchange credit as required.

The return of product(s) stated above will not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. in the event that the product has been opened or has been used.
  2. in the event that the product has been tampered.
  3. the product(s) we have made or customised specifically for you.
